In-house flavor infusion using a proprietary applicator system that works like a flexographic press. Unlike the spray-style methods used by most traditional manufacturers, our process infuses flavor directly into the wrap material for stronger, more consistent delivery. Flavor is not an afterthought - it is a core part of every product we build.

Flavor Boost Capsule

A specially engineered porous card placed inside every sealed bag. It regulates humidity to keep the wrap flexible and prevents cracking, while continuously releasing flavor to maintain intensity throughout the product's shelf life — up to five times longer than conventional products. This is built into our production and designed to help your product stand out on the shelf.

Packaging
