From Order to Delivery in Five Steps
Every product is made to order. Your branding, your artwork, your specifications. Here is exactly how the process works.
Step 1: Place Your Order
Choose your product, select your quantity, shipping method, and flavor. Complete checkout to confirm your order. All pricing is fully delivered to your door in the USA or Canada. No hidden duties, taxes, or fees.
Step 2: Artwork
After your order is placed, our design team gets to work. Send us your finished artwork, your logo, or just a rough concept. We build production-ready designs at no extra cost with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
Step 3: Artwork Approval
You receive a final artwork proof before anything goes to production. Review every detail — colors, layout, text, placement. Production does not start until you approve.
Step 4: Production
Your order enters production immediately after approval. Standard turnaround is approximately 4 weeks. Everything is manufactured in-house from raw hemp material to finished retail-ready packaging.
Step 5: Delivery
Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL directly to your address in the USA or Canada.
- By Air: Typically 4 to 5 days. Tracking from dispatch.
- By Sea: Approximately 25 to 30 days. Ships ocean freight to Los Angeles (USA) or Vancouver (Canada), then FedEx Ground to your door. Tracking updates when your shipment reaches North America.
Payment
Website orders are processed via Visa or Mastercard at checkout. For larger orders or custom payment arrangements, contact us to discuss options.

See your brand on the product before committing. Send us your logo or concept and we deliver a visual mockup within 24 hours. No cost. No obligation.
Pre-Production Samples
Want to hold the product before a full production run? We offer a pre-production prototype option. Printed using flexible packaging and hand-assembled to show you the shape, size, and structure of your finished product. Print accuracy may vary slightly from final production, but it gives a close representation of what your customers will receive.
