Products
Q: What products do you offer?
A: Custom branded blunt wraps in flat sheet and curled formats, flavored pre-rolled cones with custom foil tip printing, and bulk bobbin spools for brands with their own cutting and packing operations. All products are made to order with your branding.
Q: What are the wraps made from?
A: Natural hemp fiber and biomass at 80gsm, strengthened with plant-based binders (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and guar gum) and kept flexible with food-grade humectants (propylene glycol and glycerol). No tobacco. No nicotine.
Q: What flavors are available?
A: Six standard flavors: Blueberry Moon Magic, Chocolate Choco-Land, Strawberry Starburst, Vanilla Sunshine Beam, Orange Orchard Breeze, and Peachy Pixie Dust. All flavors are infused using a proprietary applicator system — not sprayed on — for stronger, more consistent flavor delivery. Custom flavors available on request.

Q: What is the Flavor Boost capsule?
A: A specially engineered porous card placed inside every sealed mylar bag. It regulates humidity to keep the wrap flexible and continuously releases flavor to maintain intensity throughout the product's shelf life. The result is a wrap that stays flexible, flavorful, and fresh up to five times longer than conventional products. It works passively from the moment the bag is sealed — the consumer does not interact with it.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: Standard flat sheets and curled wraps are King Size 109x44mm. Pre-rolled cones come in Dog Walker (70mm), Quarter (84mm), 98 Size (98mm), and King Size (109mm). Custom sizes available on request.
Q: What is the difference between flat sheets and curled wraps?
A: Flat sheets are delivered flat inside the mylar bag. Curled wraps are rolled around a plastic straw to hold their shape, making them easier for the consumer to roll. Both use the same hemp material, flavors, and packaging. The choice depends on how your customers prefer to roll.
Ordering
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 6,300 packs for flat sheets, 6,000 packs for curled wraps. Pre-rolled cones and bobbin spools — contact us for details. These are among the lowest minimums in the industry.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose your product on the website, select your quantity, shipping method, and flavor, then complete checkout. After your order is placed, we handle artwork and production. Full process details on our How It Works page.
Q: Can I order without a finished design?
A: Yes. Send us your logo, a rough concept, or even just an idea. Our design team will build production-ready artwork at no cost with unlimited revisions.
Artwork and Design
Q: Do you offer free mockups?
A: Yes. Send us your logo or concept and we will create a digital mockup within 24 hours. No cost, no obligation, no purchase required. Request a free mockup here.
Q: Do you provide design templates?
A: Yes. Downloadable templates are available on each product page. If you need help using them, our design team will assist at no charge.
Q: How many revisions do I get?
A: Unlimited. We revise until you are satisfied. Artwork services are included at no extra cost with every order.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa and Mastercard via our website. For larger orders or custom payment arrangements, contact us to discuss options.
Q: Is payment required upfront?
A: Website orders are paid in full at checkout. For larger or ongoing orders, we can discuss deposit and balance terms. Get in touch to arrange.
Production
Q: How long does production take?
A: Approximately 4 weeks from the date you approve your artwork. Production does not start until you sign off on the final proof.
Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our facility is in Guangzhou, China — one of the world's most advanced manufacturing regions for paper products and flexible packaging. We have 18 years of rolling paper manufacturing experience and produce everything in-house from raw material to finished product.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: USA and Canada. Orders outside North America — contact us directly.
Q: What is the difference between air and sea shipping?
A: Air shipping is faster — typically 4 to 5 days — and ships via FedEx, UPS, or DHL with tracking from dispatch. Sea shipping is more economical — approximately 25 to 30 days. Your order travels by ocean freight to Los Angeles (USA) or Vancouver (Canada), then by FedEx Ground to your door.
Q: How does tracking work?
A: Air shipments have tracking from the moment they dispatch and typically arrive within 4 to 5 days. Sea shipments take approximately 25 to 30 days and receive tracking once the order reaches North America and transfers to FedEx Ground.
Q: Are there any hidden fees or duties?
A: No. All pricing is fully delivered to your door. No duty, no customs charges, no sales tax, no hidden fees.
Q: Do you offer blind shipping?
A: Yes. We can ship directly to your customers with no manufacturer branding visible. Add a note at checkout or contact us to arrange.

Q: Can I try the product before ordering?
A: Yes. Our Free Sample Pack includes all 6 flavors in flat sheet format. Samples are free — you only pay $39.99 shipping.
Q: Can I see my custom branding before production?
A: Yes, two ways. A free digital mockup shows your brand on the product within 24 hours. For a physical prototype of your custom packaging (mylar bag and display box), order a Pre-Production Sample.
Volume and Scaling
Q: What if I need more than your standard quantities?
A: We have no upper limit. Whether you need 6,000 packs or 6 million, we manufacture to your volume. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q: Do you offer volume-based pricing?
A: Yes. Larger orders mean lower per-unit cost. Get in touch for a custom quote based on your volume.
Q: Can you handle container-level production?
A: Yes. We support ongoing production runs, multi-SKU orders, and container-level volumes. Dedicated account support available for high-volume customers.
