Free Shipping to USA and Canada

All orders include free shipping to the USA and Canada via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Our pricing is fully delivered to your door - shipping, duty, customs, and taxes are all included. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you pay at checkout is the total cost.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods on our main products:

  • By Air - Faster delivery via FedEx, UPS, or DHL air freight. Typical transit time: 4 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • By Sea - More cost-effective option via ocean freight. Typical transit time: 25 to 30 days after dispatch.

Your shipping method is selected at checkout as part of your product variant.

Production and Dispatch

All products are custom made-to-order. Production begins after full payment is received and artwork is approved.

  • Flat Sheets and Curled Wraps: 4 weeks production time
  • Bobbin Spools: 4-6 weeks production time
  • Pre Rolls: 4-5 weeks production time

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destination

Online orders are currently available for delivery to the United States and Canada only.

If you are located outside of North America, please contact us directly to discuss your order and shipping arrangements.

Blind Shipping

Blind shipping is available on all orders. Your shipment will arrive with no RYOB or manufacturer branding visible - only your brand details. Add a note at checkout or contact us to arrange blind shipping.

Tracking

  • By Air: Full tracking from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • By Sea: Tracking is updated once the shipment arrives in the USA (Los Angeles) or Canada (Vancouver) and is handed over to FedEx Ground for final delivery.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue during transit, we take full responsibility. Contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation - either through replacement or an appropriate solution. You will not be left to deal with shipping issues on your own.

Fully Delivered Pricing - No Hidden Fees

All prices on our site are fully delivered to your doorstep. There are no additional charges for duty, customs, sales tax, or any other fees. The price you see is the price you pay - nothing more.
