Custom Made-to-Order Products
All RYOB products are custom manufactured to your specifications. Because every order is produced specifically for you - with your artwork, your flavors, and your configuration - we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started, provided there is no issue on our side.
When We Will Make It Right
If there is a genuine issue caused by us, we will resolve it. This includes:
- Defective goods - product quality issues, material defects, or manufacturing errors
- Incorrect production - the finished product does not match the approved artwork or specifications
- Shipping damage - goods arrived damaged during transit
In any of these cases, we will either:
- Redo the order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund
The choice is yours. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our production.
How to Report an Issue
- Contact us at hello@rollyourownblunts.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include photos or documentation of the issue so we can assess it quickly
- We will respond within 24 hours and work with you to find the best resolution
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after production has started
- Issues caused by incorrect artwork or specifications provided by the customer (we provide mockups and proofs for approval before production to prevent this)
- Normal variation in custom manufacturing that falls within acceptable production tolerances
Before Production Starts
We provide a free mockup and digital proof of your product before production begins. This is your opportunity to review and approve every detail. We offer unlimited revisions at this stage at no cost. Once you approve the artwork and production begins, the order is confirmed.
Summary
- No issue on our side - no refund (custom made-to-order product)
- Our mistake - we fix it (redo or refund, your choice)
- Shipping damage - we take full responsibility
- Before production - unlimited free revisions to get it right
