These Terms of Service govern your use of rollyourownblunts.com ("the Site") and any orders placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. RYOB reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.

2. Products and Services

RYOB is a B2B custom blunt wrap manufacturer. All products are custom made-to-order. We produce custom branded hemp wraps, pre-rolled cones, bobbin spools, and related accessories for businesses and brand owners.

Products shown on the Site represent our manufacturing capabilities. Final products are produced to your approved specifications and artwork.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are purchasing for business purposes
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You are compliant with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase and sale of hemp wrap products

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders placed through the Site require 100% payment upfront via Visa or MasterCard
• Production begins only after full payment is received and artwork is approved
• Prices on the Site are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are listed in USD

5. Artwork and Approval

• You are responsible for providing artwork or design concepts for your custom product
• RYOB offers free artwork services and unlimited design revisions before production
• A digital mockup or proof will be provided for your approval before production begins
• Once you approve the artwork, production is confirmed and cannot be cancelled
• RYOB is not responsible for errors in artwork that was approved by the customer

6. Production and Turnaround

• Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume
• Typical turnaround is 4-6 weeks from artwork approval, depending on the product
• RYOB will communicate any delays promptly

7. Shipping

• Free shipping to USA and Canada is included in all product pricing via FedEx, UPS, or DHL
• Two shipping options are available: By Air (faster) and By Sea (more cost-effective)
• Transit times are estimates and may vary by destination
• RYOB takes responsibility for shipping damage - see our Refund & Return Policy
• All prices are fully delivered - duty, customs, sales tax, and shipping are included in the price. There are no additional charges.

8. Refunds and Returns

All products are custom made-to-order. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

• No refunds for change of mind once production has started
• Full support for defective goods, production errors, or shipping damage

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all artwork, logos, and designs you provide to RYOB
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all designs, logos, and images provided
• RYOB is not liable for intellectual property infringement in customer-provided artwork
• RYOB retains ownership of its own branding, website content, product photography, and proprietary manufacturing processes

10. Limitation of Liability

RYOB's liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order. RYOB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

11. Product Use and Compliance

RYOB manufactures hemp wrap products for lawful commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. RYOB is not responsible for how products are used, marketed, or distributed after delivery.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
