We do not spray flavor onto the wrap. Our proprietary applicator system works like a flexographic press, infusing flavor directly into the material for stronger, more consistent delivery. This is a fundamentally different approach from traditional manufacturers.
Capsule-Enhanced Freshness
Every sealed bag includes a Flavor Boost capsule - a specially engineered porous card that regulates humidity and continuously releases flavor. The result is a wrap that stays flexible, flavorful, and fresh up to five times longer than conventional products.
