Q: What do I receive?

Q: Are there wraps inside the bags?
A: No. Pre-production samples are for packaging only. To experience the actual wraps and flavors, order our Free Sample Pack.
Q: Is this the same quality as the final product?
A: The prototype shows accurate shape, size, and artwork layout. Final production uses flexographic printing on PET / 130-micron materials, which produces sharper print and deeper colors than the prototype.
Q: Can I receive a physical sample?
A: Yes. Choose between a video preview (sent via email) or physical shipment to your address in the USA or Canada.
Q: How long does it take?
A: The prototype is prepared within approximately 1 day after artwork approval. Physical shipments arrive within approximately 1 week.
Q: Do I need to place a full production order first?
A: No. Pre-production samples are an independent product. You can order one without committing to a full production run.
